My friend's husband is a pharmacist at a hospital and it's been great that he can do the 3-11 shift to be home during the mornings and help her with the kids. <BR/><BR/>I like and have grown accustomed to flexibility and would be in DEEP trouble if I needed to adhere to some specific schedule. Especially hard if you're used to getting up nuch later, so on the first night or two of that particular shift, I'd rely on a sleeping pill.
